Eternity to Eternity

It flickers bright
Brilliant in every fold,
Iridescent, beautiful rays
Of hopes and dreams
Wrapped in the pleasures and pain
Of life, death and thousand mysteries!
A body, a heart…a plethora of emotions
All turned into ashes of
Grey and black,
Buried under the rocks of harsh truths!!
Amidst cries of the dead…
Babbles of the newborn,
Folds and unfolds,
The soul, from eternity,
To eternity!
Never been burnt down
Never been under the seas…
It flows, it flies
Beyond the warriors’ sword
Beyond the vibrations of
Conch shells and drums of a
Battle field!!
Storm never been calmed,
The rains that will forever
Drench every being…
It rules in a reign
Called eternity, and kingdoms-
Attached in blindfolds of
Hope-desire-love!!
Fate equal to every penny earned,
Faith leading to the same glorious land
In rainbows of freedom
Set ablaze is an escape,
From dualism and human differences
To another eternity…and
Yet another eternity!!
