Uncanny, isn’t it? Ice-cream in the month of November? Well, the season may not be right, but the recipe is a must-try…. Let’s just keep this in mind for the next summer.

Vanilla Ice-cream

Ingredients

Milk Powder- 1 cup

Milk -4 Cups

Gelatin-1/2 cup

Sugar-1/2 cup

Cornflower-2 tsp

Vanilla essence-2-3 drops

Butter-1tsp

 

Method:

Keep aside 1 cup of milk and boil the rest 3 cups of milk. Mix milk powder, gelatin, sugar and cornflower with the cup of milk that was kept aside. Pour the mixture into the boil milk. Keep it cool for some time and add butter and vanilla essence. Keep it in the freezer and take out after half an hour.
